This month I’m honored to be hanging my second exhibition at Halfway to Heaven, Duncannon Street, London. As a constant snapper I have so many personal projects that rarely see the light of day.

I love London Pride and have shot it many times of the years. My first was shot on Black & White bulk rolled film way back at University. When I seen the full colour of what was then more of a march I was worried that I only had B&W film with me. My favorite lecturer always said ‘If it looks good in colour it will look amazing in B&W. Now you can see for yourself.

The photos on show are both colour and B&W all taken on film. Most of the shots have never been seen in public before. The wonders of digital scanning and printing mean that at least one of the shots watch was lost to printing because of the degenerating of the negative has now be saved and sits in pride of place on the wall of a bar I know the subject drink in. She was a well respected Drag Queen but alas her name has been lost to our memories.

I hope you can come and enjoy the exhibition over a beer or two some time soon.
